How to download and install WP Display Files Pro plugin ?
Once you complete the checkout process, you can instantly download the plugin’s zip file. Now just go to the Plugins menu in the back-end & upload the zip file. After uploading, just activate it.
How will I get notified about the new version ?
You will get an email whenever our team releases the new version of our plugin. Email contains the detailed change logs.
How can I get and install the newly released version.
Just deactivate the current version, delete it from the plugins listing page and download the latest plugin zip file from “My-Accounts” section. Now you just need to upload this zip file from Add Plugin screen in backend and need to activate it.
What are the data sources that your plugin supports for displaying listing ?
You can display files and folders listing from Google Drive, Amazon AWS S3, Dropbox, Box and from web server.

Is WP Display Files compatible with my theme ?
Yes, our plugin is compatible with all the themes. However we recommend to use full width page templates when creating pages for the listing for the most awesome look.
How may designs are there to show listing ?
There are total 3 designs to show listing on frontend but templates comes in two themes – light and dark.

Can I unsubscribe any time from the Yearly plan I purchased ?
Yes, you can unsubscribe to our plugin’s annual plan anytime through a Cancel button on “My Subscription” tab under “My Account” section post login into this website.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit and you can set up automated billing
How do I update my credit card information?
Click your My Account (located at the top menu) and click Payment Methods. Here you can update your existing card or add a new payment method.
Will my credit card be charged automatically each billing period?
Only if you enable automatic payment at checkout. if checked, Your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period. You’ll be notified by mail before the charge.
What do I do if my credit card is not accepted?
There are several reasons why your credit card may not be accepted. We suggest you try the following: Verify your credit card number and expiry date, confirm you are using your credit and not your debit card, and check that you haven’t exceeded your transaction limit. If, after exploring these possible causes, your card is still not accepted, either use an alternate card or contact your financial institution.
Can I be refunded or credited for partial periods?
No. We don’t offer refunds or credits for partial periods of service or periods of inactivity.
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel at any time before your auto-renewal date, either from within the application or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Why can't I reactivate my account through the website after cancelling?
If you deleted your account, it can’t be recovered. If the account was cancelled, contact email@example.com to reactivate your account.
